We use our market knowledge to best advise our clients of the most efficient and cost effective manner of advertising for their open position, depending on its level and target market.
A recruitment fee is contingent (payable) only on sourcing a suitably qualified professional for the role in question. Given the specialist nature of the EMPOWERMENT Financial Recruitment business model and our thorough candidate screening, our candidates are limited to Grade B+/A candidates within the finance field. Unlike some larger recruitment firms who may have tens of thousands of average resumes on their database, we have a good working knowledge of each candidate we represent.
