EMPOWERMENT are delighted to partner with a leading Real Estate client, who are seeking Systems Business Analyst at their Dublin office (hybrid) The role sits within a team of 6 across a broader Finance Department of more than 30 people, supporting their European operations. This role will provide opportunities for the successful candidate to grow and develop within a large Finance Function. The individual will work primarily on maintenance of the Yardi database, testing new functionalities, contributing to business transformation initiatives and supporting users.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the European wide accounting system (Yardi) including
- Resolving day to day user queries
- User profile management
- Managing the outsourced support helpdesk
- Escalating issues with the system provider (Yardi)
- Maintaining the Group’s European chart of accounts
- Setting up newly acquired property assets in the system
- Other varied finance tasks or project work as required
Experience:
- Minimum education requirements: Degree level (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, Maths, or similar)
- Part qualified accountant would be an advantage, but not a necessity
- Strong working knowledge of IT Systems
- Strong fluency in Excel is a must, at least an intermediate level
- Experience managing large data (preferable)
- Good academic record
