EMPOWERMENT were approached by our client, to partner on an exclusive basis, to assist them in identifying a number of C-Suite/senior personnel as they expanded their group under guidance from the Central Bank of Ireland. After attending a number of client meetings at their premises, four key positions were identified for us to partner on. We subsequently developed a Statement of Requirements to define the search for a Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, Head of Internal Audit and Head of Governance. In conjunction with their CEO, COO & HR, we developed a coordinated plan to identify exceptional leaders who were in tune with our client's specific market. After thorough formal assessments of a number of candidates through our extensive network, and head-hunting, we identified a shortlist of candidates.

Over the course of an agreed-upon time period, interviews were conducted with the shortlist and the preferred candidates were identified to proceed and accept these senior positions. Clear and open lines of communication between EMPOWERMENT, our client, and the executive candidates, ensured that these processes ran smoothly & seamlessly, ultimately exceeding our clients expectations.
