Group Tax Manager

Are you a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA)? Have you got experience working in practice or a PLC? Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment where you can grow and learn every day? Our client, a global leading PLC based in South Dublin, is seeking a high performing Group Tax Manager to join their team. This role will give you great exposure to a broad range of domestic and cross border tax issues across the group.

The Role:

• Overseeing all tax related decisions and activities in the organisation

• Ensure tax compliance obligations are met across various countries

• Support US GAAP tax reporting

• Liaise with local finance teams and local advisers regularly

• Keeping abreast of legislative developments

• Get involved in internal re-organisations

• Coach and mentor junior members on the tax team

The Person:

• Qualified Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor (ACA, CTA)

• Currently working as an Assistant Manager or a Manager in a Big 4/Top 10 firm or in a PLC/Multinational.

• Corporate tax/International tax background desirable.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Commercially focused

• Computer skills

• Ability to manage multiple deliverables.
