Head of Tax

​An excellent opportunity is presented for a high calibre qualified Tax professional to assume the position of VP of Tax/Head of Tax with a leading Technology firm. This is a fully remote position with an excellent leadership team established in Ireland and will report directly to the CFO.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee global tax compliance across all company entities, ensuring accurate and timely filings and providing strategic guidance during tax audits

• Provide expert tax advisory & due diligence support during M&A, minimising tax liabilities and seamless transitions across jurisdictions

• Design, implement and manage a comprehensive global transfer pricing policy while leading the company's global tax strategy

• Partner with key internal stakeholders (Controller/Treasurer) to optimise tax efficiency

Experience:

• Bachelors degree with a professional tax/accounting qualification (ACA/CTA)

• Minimum of 9+ years of international & Corporate Tax experience, Big Four trained with proven experience with respect to US GAAP

• Excellent knowledge of US tax compliance and global transfer pricing design & implementation

• Superior communication skills with ability to partner at all levels of an organisation
