About Karl
Karl joined EMPOWERMENT in 2016 and is currently Director & Head of Financial Services, where he specialises in the recruitment of positions from Manager level to C-Suite to include PCF-approved roles. His client base is broad and diverse across Funds & Investment Management, Banking & Treasury, Payments, Fintech & more.
Prior to joining EMPOWERMENT, Karl spent 15 years in Fund Services working predominantly with JP Morgan & Northern Trust in roles across Client Change, Vendor Management, Business Analysis and Project Implementation.
Outside of work, Karl has a keen interest in sport (GAA, football & golf), music, travel and spending time with his young family.
