Presently, as part of this expansion, they are seeking a talented Hedge Fund Accountant professional to join their group a flexible hybrid and dynamic environment. This highly attractive firm, unlike some others, is deeply committed to the hybrid working programme.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Fund Accounting service delivery to clients, including review, approving and assisting with preparation of daily, weekly and month-end valuations.

• Manage your team to specified client deadlines offering support and escalation point to your team

• Responsible for proactive Fund accounting relationship management with clients, ensuring SLA"s are met and the review of monthly SLA/KPI reporting

• Ensure positive working relationships with internal departments including Investor Relations, Custody/Depositary, Product, Financial Reporting, IT and COE

• Responsible for proactive management of client development requests & efficiency initiatives

• Ensure a high standard of training and knowledge of team members, to include succession planning

• Manage performance appraisals for your team

Experience

• Minimum of 5-6 years in Hedge Fund Accounting with at least 2 at Supervisory/Assistant Manager level.

• Superior knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc).

• Excellent knowledge of complex OTC derivatives.

• Excellent communication and writing skills.

• Educated to degree level with additional qualifications advantageous (accounting etc.)
