Project Management Senior Associate

​EMPOWERMENT is delighted to partner with a leading MiFID firm who are seeking a Project Management Specialist to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects across regulatory change, governance and various inter-departmental requirements

• Develop, manage and provide detailed project plan reporting to include RAID logs

• Host and manage regular stakeholder meetings to discuss project goals, action plans and accountability

• Identification of risks and issues to various projects, escalating to the Senior Manager where appropriate

Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in finance, business studies or similar discipline

• Minimum of 4-5 years experience in project management within a regulated financial services firm

• Experience in using Confluence & JIRA advantageous

• Project Management qualification advantageous

• Superior communication skills
