Financial Accountant (Payments)

​Our client, a financial services firm regulated by the CBI under MiFID & EMI licences, is seeking a Financial Accountant to grown their growing team in Dublin. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a broad & diverse roll offering excellent exposure to the CFO and other senior stakeholders in the business.

Responsibilities:

• Review & analysis of monthly management accounts, preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and finacial analysis

• Production of various regulatory returns to the CBI under MiFID & EMI

• Assist in production of annual financial statements under IFRS

• Assistance with preparation of the annual budget and forecasts

Experience:

• Fully qualified accountant with experience gained in industry (newly qualified from practice not considered)

• Experience working in Financial Services/Payments/Fintech environment highly advantageous, particularly if working within a MiFID/EMI regulated entity

• Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
