Management Accountant

​Our client, a growing fintech firm, is seeking a recently qualified or part-qualified Accountant to join their team on a hybrid basis in Dublin. This diverse role supports the CFO and covers all aspects of the finance function giving you great exposure and prospects for progression.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounts payable function

• Prepare draft management accounts along with variance analysis

• Prepare quarterly regulatory returns to the CBI

• Assist with year-end audits

• Reporting and project work as required.

• Ensure intercompany balances are reconciled and agreed upon with related group companies to meet tight reporting deadlines

Requirements:

• Recently qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or part-qualified accountant

• Strong management accounting experience

• Fundamental understanding of debits and credits (accruals/prepayments etc.)

• Prior bookkeeping experience desirable

• Advanced excel skills.

• Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.

• Be an excellent team player with superior communication skills.
