An excellent opportunity is presented for an experienced Governance professional to join an expanding financial services firm based in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the Senior Governance Manager on the design & implementation of governance frameworks, policies and structures
Partner on the management of new regulatory projects, new proposals and Senior Executive Accountability Regime
Support the scope and delivery on the group strategy & business plans
Experience:
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Legal or related discipline
Minimum of 4-5 years' working in governance within financial services
Strong knowledge of IAT & SEAR
Superior communication skills and ability to partner with senior executives in an organisation
